1. The direction to the Petitioner to deposit Rs.1000/- towards the costs for the condonation of delay as ordered by this Court on 21st September 2015 has not yet been complied with.

2. In that view of the matter, the delay in filing the revision petition is not condoned. Consequently, the revision petition is dismissed. The question of law urged is left open for consideration in some other appropriate case.
