This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to transfer of Civil Petition No.186 of 2022 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Baripada to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak on the ground of threat to her life.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to transfer the aforesaid case to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak, but directs that Civil Petition

// 2 // No.186 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada be transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Balasore. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 5.

However, the travel expenses, if claimed by the Petitioner-wife, the same shall be given to her by the Opposite Party-husband, as directed by the Family Court. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
