This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for correction of order dated 30.03.2022 passed in RSA No.339 of 2010.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 30.03.202 stands corrected to the extent that the second sentence of the sub-para-2 of para-2, which has been inadvertently typed out as "Similarly, Respondent No.2 when has died on 21.12.2021, as yet no step has been taken for substitution of his legal representatives, if any" be deleted. The said order thus reads as under:- "ORDER 30.03.2022 09.

This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical mode).

None appears on behalf of the Appellants when the matter is called. This was also the situation on the earlier occasion.

// 2 // The Appellant No.1 being dead since 27.07.2020, no step has yet been taken for substitution of her legal representatives, if any.

In the above state of affairs, the Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
