1. The Petitioner's reply dated 30th December 2021 shall be examined by the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle 1 (1), Bhubaneswar and the decision thereon shall be communicated to the Petitioner not later than 7th March, 2022. If the decision is adverse to the Petitioner, it can seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
