Heard Mr. S. Roy, learned counsel for the insurer - Appellant, Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for claimant - Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 and Mr. G.P. Dutta, learned counsel for Respondent No.6Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. 3.

In order dated 9th September, 2022 this court has dismissed the appeal against the owner - Respondent No.5 and as such no right survives with the insurer to pursue the appeal against other Respondents.

The appeal is dismissed.
