2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 03.08.2013 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.300 of 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.
