This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This writ petition involves the following prayer. "In view of the above facts and circumstances it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Application and after hearing the parties issue a writ in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ by directed the Opp.Party No.2 to insert the names of petitioners as beneficiaries in Kalia Yojana Scheme as per their eligibility which can be so decided as per the guideline under Annexuere-1 of this Writ petition;

And may pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper for bonafide interest of justice."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-5 is pending consideration, without

expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
