1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The assessee is before this Court aggrieved with the conditional stay order dated 28th January, 2013 passed by the First Appellate Court, as also the revisional order dated 1st November, 2013 upholding the same, whereby the stay of the original assessment order was passed subject to the petitioner depositing a portion of the demand during the pendency of the First Appeal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to efflux of time the present

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
