1. Heard Mr. A.K. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party No.1.

2. The prayer is for quashing the entire criminal proceeding in Patkura P.S. Case No.219, dated 15.09.2020 and the Petitioner is the mother of the principal accused, Ranjit Barik.

3. Having heard both the parties and considering the nature of allegations, I do not see any merit in the present application.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
