Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court observes, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order at Annexure-2(s) more particularly at page 10 of the brief, he may prefer appeal at least within a period of two weeks hence. It is further directed that if the Petitioner files appeal alongwith an application for interim protection within the time stipulated hereinabove, the appeal shall be entertained and disposed of without entering into the delay aspect. It is further directed that status quo as on today in respect of the disputed property in question shall be maintained by all the parties concerned for a period of six weeks. Within which period the I.A. for interim protection to be filed by the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
