Heard Mr. Jayadeba Behera learned counsel for the petitioners and Miss Sanjibani Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. Ashok Ku. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the informant-Opposite Party No.2. 3.
The Affidavit filed by the Opposite Party No.2 is taken on record.

The petitioner No.2- Nilu Kumar Sethi and Opposite Party No.2-Sita Parida @ Huli accompanied by her husband - Makardhaja Parida are present in Court today.

It is apt to state here that Opposite Party No.2 is stated to be suffering from heard of hearing and was identified by the learned counsel representing her and by her husband. 6.
Taking into account, the affidavit filed indicating therein that the matter has been settled with the intervention of the wellwishers of both sides. The proceeding, i.e., G.R. Case No. 1148 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Chilika arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013 is stands quashed. 7.
The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
