Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she has no instructions in the matter.

Mr. S. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel states that against the interim order passed by the tribunal in the original application, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing present writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable, particularly when the original application is pending.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
