Even though an application is filed for extension of time for compliance of the order of this Court, today at the time of hearing Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submitted that in the meantime the order of this Court is already complied with.

Keeping in view the above statement made by Mr. Dayananda Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2, this Court finds, nothing survives in this I.A. to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further.
