1. Challenge in the present petition is to an order dated 19th July, Order No.
2000 passed by the S.D.J.M., Nilagiri taking cognizance of the offence in ICC Case No.47 of 1993.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the Court is of the view that there is no case made out for interference. The pleas urged for the Petitioner in the present petition can well be urged in the appropriate stage as and when the case proceeds in accordance with law.
3. The petition is disposed of. The interim order passed by this Court on 10th November, 2000 stands vacated. A copy of this order will be sent forthwith to the concerned subordinate Court. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Jena/P.A.
