1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

3. This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to direct the opposite parties not forcibly dispossess him from Plot No.248 under Jeypore Municipality in the district of Koraput inasmuch as he is in possession of the said land since long.

4. The Petitioner has come to this Court on an apprehension of dispossession as a mike announcement stated to have been made by the authority to leave the area and dispossess him,

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction that if the Petitioner is at all in settled possession of the aforesaid land, which is stated to be a Government land and if the Petitioner

// 2 // has not been evicted yet, he shall not be evicted without adhering to the due procedure of law.

6. As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-10 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
