This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection in connection with Pattamundai P.S. Case No.9 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 9 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai, Kendrapara for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 507, 506, 34 of the Indian

// 2 // Penal Code Learned counsel for the State submitted that in this case, there are six numbers of injured persons but all of them have sustained simple injuries.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners that due to previous dispute between the parties, the case has been foisted and there are no such material to attract the ingredients of the offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and that the injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature, the interim order dated 28.01.2020 is made absolute.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
