There is no counter filed as to the development, if any, on Annexure-7. This Court records the submission of Mr.Mantri, learned counsel for the Petitioner, the request vide Annexure-7 is yet to be considered. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party Nos. 4 and 5 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 and take lawful decision thereon, if necessary also involving the parties likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
