The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. S.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellant - Insurance Company submits that the insurer has already deposited Rs.4,20,000/- with 6% interest before the tribunal earlier in terms of order dated 10th February, 2016 of this court. He thus prays for adjustment of that amount from the total compensation amount directed to be paid by this court in the order dated 14th September, 2022.

The prayer is allowed and the Appellant - insurance company is permitted to get refund of the amount it had earlier deposited before the tribunal as per order dated 10th February, 2016. 4.

The I.A. is disposed of.
