Perused the records. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow the students to sit in the examinations of the year 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12.

Since the academic Sessions 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 have already expired in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Accordingly the same is disposed of as infructuous.
