The matter is taken up by hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Khandapada P.S. Case No.203 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.196 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada, for alleged commission of offence under Section-341/342/323/506/109/354-A of the IPC, for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made further keeping in view the earlier order dated 14.12.2020 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.9868 of 2020, dismissing the petition under section-438 Cr.P.C. filed by this Petitioner, in the absence of any change in the circumstances; the present application stands dismissed as not entertainable.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
