1. It appears that during the pendency of the present petition, the Petitioner has been dismissed from service and he has challenged that in separate proceedings.

2. In that view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous at this stage. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to revive this petition in the event he succeeds in being reinstated in service.

3. The interim order passed earlier, stands vacated.
