1. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Ms. R. Pradhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.K. Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. The interim order dated 10.04.2013 passed in Misc. Case No.5088 of 2013 stands vacated.

4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned
