1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in Paragraph-3 of the order dated 9th March, 2022 the name of the Court and the offences have been wrongly mentioned.

4. Considering the submissions made, the prayer for correction is allowed. In line-4 of Paragraph-3 of the order, the words

// 2 // "J.M.F.C.(R), Balasore" be corrected as "J.M.F.C., Konark" and in lines-5 and 6 of the same paragraph the offences under Sections "294/341/323/427/34 of I.P.C. read with Sections 67/67(A) of the I.T Act"

be corrected as "147/148/294/341/323/324/427/336/379/436/307/149 of I.P.C."

5. Office is directed to carry out the corrections.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.
