This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is an allegation that in spite of filing of certified copy in proper form and making necessary deposit, the Petitioner is yet to get the certified copy of the documents indicated in Annexure-2. Keeping this in view, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Baripada, O.P.2 to dispose of the copy application of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-2 and if permissible, supply the certified copies of the documents at least within a period of seven days of service of copy of this Court's order. 4.

Since the Petitioner is required to file a statutory Appeal, the Petitioner on receipt of copies of the documents may file an Appeal within seven days along with necessary applications. Considering that there is delay in supply of certified copies of some documents, delay in filing the Appeal shall be condoned and the Appeal shall be

// 2 // considered and decided within one month thereafter. In the event the Petitioner is still occupying the disputed land, status quo involving the disputed land as on date shall be maintained by both the sides till a decision is taken on the Application for interim protection by the Appellate Authority.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
