1. The Petitioner being aggrieved by dismissal of second appeal bearing No.110(ET) of 2014-15 vide order dated 30th July, 2015 passed by the learned Sales Tax Tribunal, approached this Court under Section 19 of the Odisha Entry Tax Act, 1999 by way of Sales Tax Revision.

2. Since today we have set aside order dated 30th July, 2015 passed by the Tribunal under the Odisha Value Added Tax Act, 2004 and remanded the matter for fresh hearing, the second appeal order in the present case is also set aside with the same terms. The Tribunal is requested to hear the matter along with that case and pass appropriate orders.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the STREV is, accordingly, disposed of.
