This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed assailing the show cause notice issued to the petitioner working as a Peon by the Opposite Party No.4, Parinuapada Gram Panchayat under letter dated 19.06.2014 at Annexure-2 relating to the dereliction in duty. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing attention of the Court to Annexure-3 that the petitioner has submitted his explanation on 23.06.2014 and on instruction submits that the same is yet to be disposed of.

Taking note of such submission, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to consider and dispose of the show cause stated to have been submitted by the petitioner on 23.06.2014 within a period of six weeks form the date of receipt/production of
the copy of this order. To facilitate such disposal the petitioner shall also submit a copy of this writ petition.

It is needless to state that while disposing of the such representation Petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing.
