This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of C.P. No.903 of 2018 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party submits that since C.P. No.903 of 2018 has already been disposed of by the trial court, this transfer petition has become infructuous. 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of the order of stay granted by this Court, the trial court has proceeded with the matter and passed the judgment. 5.
In view of such submission, the transfer petition stands disposed of being rendered infructuous.

But, liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum against such order as available to him taking the aforesaid ground.
