3. Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the records.

4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to grant recognition to the petitioner's institution with effect from 2006-07 with annual intake capacity 60 seats instead of 40 seats.

5. Since the aforesaid period has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

6. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
