1. Heard Mr.Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2Complainant as well as Mr.K.K.Das, learned counsel for the State.

2. In course of hearing, it is submitted that the case has now been committed to the Court of the Sessions and Mr.Satpathy prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to raise all such points at the time of framing of charge.

3. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for.
