Heard Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that no case has been registered against the petitioners and the allegation relating to harassment by the I.I.C., Rajnagar P.S. is incorrect. In such background, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter reserving his right to approach this Court if they face any harassment in future.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
