This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the tender was for the year 2009, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. However, if any dispute is still survives, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the authority concerned in terms of the general conditions of the contract. 3.

It is contended by Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have already moved the authority, vide Annexure-14 dated 07.10.2015 to the rejoinder affidavit, but the same has not yet been attended to. If that be so, the authority concerned shall take into consideration the grievance of the petitioners as at Annexure14 to the rejoinder affidavit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
