and submits, her client is serving sentence on conviction of murder. Her client is innocent. He appealed but the appeal was dismissed as being barred by limitation. Her client has already served 13 years in prison. He by this petition prays for premature release. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, if petitioner is aggrieved by dismissal of his appeal, he has to find his remedy. Otherwise the conviction stands confirmed and term must be served. 3.

With record of submissions as above, the CRLMP is disposed of.
