This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 10.08.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Dharamgarh in ICC Case No.11 of 2011 which was confirmed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh vide order dated 07.02.2012 in Criminal Revision No.70 of 2011.

This case is of the year 2011. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.
