Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.508 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1884 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Soro for alleged commission of offences under sections 323, 324, 294, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory

Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case records submitted that notices as contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. have been served on the petitioner and they have complied with the terms of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
