This is an unfortunate Writ Petition having no head and tail. There is no impugned order involved herein even though prayer is made to quash the inclusion of some plots in an OLR case. In absence of any impugned order, the Writ Petition is not entertainable and thus stands dismissed. Interim order dated 22.2.2005 passed in Misc. Case No.1336 of 2005 stands vacated.
