1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate declarative reliefs in accordance with law.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
