2. Heard Mr. A. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the illegal selection and engagement of opposite party no.5 as Anganwadi Worker in respect of Gambhariguda Anganwadi Centre under Chandahandi Block in the district of Nabarangpur, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
