Heard Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that three months time may be granted to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in connection with Mahakalpara P.S. Case No.146 dated 28.11.2019.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to take all effective steps to complete the investigation in connection with the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of three months from today. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
