Although the matter was listed on 1st August, 2019 and 22nd August, 2019, none had also appeared to pursue the matter. 5.

Hence, it appears that the Petitioner had lost interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
