Heard learned counsel for the parties.

There is no denial at Bar that there is concurrent finding of facts by all three authorities below. Besides there is also no denial at Bar that the dispute raised herein was also available in all the three proceedings and has also been considered.

For there is already observation by three Courts involving such disputed question of fact in same direction, this Court finds no scope to interfere in the impugned orders at Annexures-4, 5 & 7 in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. For there is involvement of some controversies and discrepancies in between the land disclosures in the sale deed and the proceeding involved, this Court observes, the order of the competent authority shall be executed only in respect of the plot involving which the proceeding U/s.23(A) of the OLR Act was initiated.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
