Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel stated that the petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 13.02.2012 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in T. No.30 of 2012 refusing to grant interim order and the main case is pending.
