Heard Mr. B.N. Tripathy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. K.C. Kanungo, learned Counsel for Opposite Party No.1. 4.

Perused the record. The Union of India and its functionaries have this Writ Petition seeking following relief: "For the reasons stated above, the Petitioner humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- (i) Admit the application, call for and after hearing the counsel for the parties issue writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s and/or order/s as your Lordship therein fit and proper and (ii) Pass such other order/orders as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case."

The aforesaid prayer made by the Petitioners does not make out a case in favour of the Petitioners to consider the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
