1. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 states that the SLP(C) No.4513 of 2012, filed by the Orissa State Financial Corporation against the Judgment dated 28th October, 2011 in W.P.(C) No.19729 of 2010 is still pending. There is already a stay of the operation of the order dated 28th October, 2011 of this Court.

2. None appears for the Petitioner. In view of the above stay order, the present petition cannot obviously continue. Depending the outcome of the above SLP, it will be open to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition in accordance with law.
