1. By the impugned order, the learned Single Judge had directed treatment to be offered to the Respondent in a super-speciality hospital in Hyderabad. According to the Appellant, that treatment has already been provided to the Respondent.

2. In that view of the matter, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge having worked itself out, the Court sees no purpose in entertaining the present appeal.

3. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
