This writ petition involves a challenge to the reservation list. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleged that even though the Petitioner has submitted his objection on 3.01.2022 before the competent authority and there has been no service of outcome. 3.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court observes, if the Petitioner has already submitted his objection before the competent authority within appropriate time, the same is required to be considered by the competent authority before making final publication of the reservation list. This Court finds, this writ petition becomes premature at this stage. This Court here also directs, in the event the
// 2 // State-authorities are already in receipt of the objection of the Petitioner and there is outcome, they must supply a copy of the outcome thereon to the Petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is also made clear that basing on such outcome, if the Petitioner is so advised, may re-approach the Court with proper grounds.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 5.
