It appears, the Petitioner has already raised her objection, as desired by the Competent Authority, vide Annexure-5 claiming to have been submitted within time prescribed. The Writ Petition did not involve any outcome of the same. In the process, while disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Competent Authority to serve the decision of the Authority on the objection of the Petitioner on the Petitioner within a period of seven days of service of copy of this order.
