It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.3266 of 2015 (Nalinikanta Das v. Commissioner-cumSecretary, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development, Bhubaneswar), which has been disposed of vide order dated 19.05.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 19.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3266 of 2015 (Nalinikanta Das v. Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development, Bhubaneswar), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. 5.
