2. Heard Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-petitioners and Mr. B.B. Mohanty, learned counsel for opposite party no.1.

The State petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 08.08.2013 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 2916 (C) of 2002.

During the course of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that by learned counsel for opposite party no.1 that the order passed by the tribunal has already been implemented and the benefit has already been extended to the opposite party no.1. In support of such contention, opposite party no.1 produced the copies of the order dated 06.03.2017 passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Odisha and the letter dated 10.05.2017 issued by the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies to the

Collector & District Magistrate Dhenkanal. Such documents be kept on record.

In view of the above, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
