This application has been filed for substitution of the legal heirs of the petitioner, as he has expired during pendency of this case. 3.
Considering the grounds stated in the petition, prayer for substitution is allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased petitioner be impleaded as petitioners no.1(a) to 1(d). 4.
Consolidated copy of the cause title of writ petition be filed within three days.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this writ petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 21226 of 2013, which has been disposed of vide order passed today (06.12.2022). 4.
Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 21226 of 2013, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. 5.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
