Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification only to the extent that the authorities be directed to take necessary action as per the judgment passed by this Court and secondly, writ may be issued to the concerned authorities at the cost of the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions as above, prayer for modification is allowed only to the extent of adding the following sentence at the end of paragraph-14 of the judgment.

"The opposite party nos. 1 to 4 shall take necessary action as per this judgment within a period of two weeks. Requisites for issuance of writ be filed within three working days whereupon writ be issued to the opposite parties."
